English compare to Art
Like any other form of discipline, English is no different. Understand how to be good in writing is similar to how to be good in art. In art I have to practice for many hours before I'm considered decent. I think it's the same thing with any other discipline--English for this matter. There are rules that you have to follow and familiarize--to a point to which it is second nature. Not to brag, but I think the same thing has happened to me when I paint: I don't think about the rules, I know it. So far I can not say that I know all of the rule for English--I'm trying though. I have always been sluggish in my mechanics.
